This protocol outlines cell surface protein labeling for use with Fixed RNA Profiling with Feature Barcode technology for Cell Surface Protein. This protocol also provides guidance for enriching labeled cells using Fluorescence Activated Cell Sorting (FACS). Please note: This demonstrated protocol is only compatible with Singleplexed Samples.

Optional cell surface protein labeling must be completed prior to sample fixation.
