- New and improved user interface for rapid filtering and exploration of V(D)J datasets!
- Supports BEAM (Antigen Capture) data analysis with new visualization and filtering tools to explore the relationships between clonotypes and antigens. Immune cell clonotypes can now be visualized through the Clonotype Distribution Plot.
- Updated Sequence view for improved visualization of paired BCR or TCR receptor chains.
- Enables visualization of receptor nucleotide sequence for variants within a clonotype and their associated antigen specificity score.
- v5.0.1 fixes critical bug to display the correct consensus sequence under the “Align Contigs to Consensus and Reference” option.

Performance Notes
- Loupe V(D)J Browser 5.0 is compatible with .vloupe files produced by Cell Ranger 7.1+ and can import .cloupe files (gene expression based clustering) produced by Cell Ranger 7.1+.
Installation
Windows
Loupe V(D)J Browser for Windows is distributed as a self-installing .exe file. Double-click on the downloaded file to install.
Follow the prompt to choose an installation folder. After installation, open Loupe V(D)J Browser by double-clicking on the desktop icon, or double-clicking on a .vloupe file on your computer.
macOS
Loupe V(D)J Browser for Mac is distributed as a .dmg file. Double-click to open the file. Then install Loupe V(D)J Browser by dragging the icon into the Applications folder. Open Loupe V(D) Browser by double-clicking on the app icon.
Loupe V(D)J Browser can then be opened within the Applications folder or by double-clicking the Loupe V(D)J Browser icon on the desktop.
