Spatially Resolved Heterogeneity of Triple Negative Breast Cancer
Triple negative breast cancer (TNBC) is unresponsive to traditional hormone or targeted therapies and highly heterogeneous. Developing novel treatment options, therefore, requires a deeper understanding of its biological underpinnings and cell-type composition. In combination with single nuclei RNA-seq data and pathologist annotation, Visium Spatial Gene Expression provided a fuller understanding of the biology within a TNBC section.
