The Chromium Controller is compatible with our suite of Chromium Single Cell products, including Single Cell Gene Expression, Single Cell Immune Profiling, and Single Cell ATAC. Capture molecular readouts of cell activity in multiple dimensions, including gene expression, cell surface proteins, immune clonotype, antigen specificity, and chromatin accessibility.
Chromium Single Cell products require a number of assay-dependent reagents and consumables. Explore our Product Selector to determine the components necessary for your application. Additional kits, reagents, and laboratory equipment are required. Please see individual kit User Guides, available on our Support website for further details.
You can process between 1–8 samples in one run, loading up to 10,000 cells per sample.
